Big O Tires

Traveling through flagstaff on the way home to northern Utah, we noticed low tire pressure on one of our tires. We decided to take the time to see what the problem was at Big O on Walgreens street. Jim Nikes promptly put us in on a very busy day in the afternoon. We were quickly fixed up and ready to go. As he handed us his card he mentioned it was on the house no problem! Such a kind act of service, we have always used Big O while living in Arizona , we are truly grateful for such a kind act and hope to pass it along on our way home. Thank you Jim for showing us how to be kind!

We were driving through from Colorado to Phoenix when our AC went out. They got us in quickly the same day and got everything fixed quickly. Ended up being a lot cheaper than we expected. Great customer service. I would definitely go here again if needed or I was in the area again.

They took really good care of me today! I kept loosing air in a tire and they found the culprit and patched it. I’m due for new tires and I’ll give them my business due to their goodwill. UPDATE: LACK OF TRANSPARENCY! I changed my rating from 5 to 1 due to being misinformed about the interest and fees I would be paying when using ACIMA the financing solution they offer. The shop owner told me it’s interested free for 90 days. In reality it’s another $200 on top of that ever the shop charged me for the tires purchase and installation.

I’ve been here a few times now and the service is incredible! The staff is friendly, helpful, and they know exactly what they’re doing. Every time I’ve gone they’ve been quick in assessing the issue(s), fix it quick, and are transparent with the issue(s) and cost. This is exactly why I keep bringing my car and truck here. I will continue bringing my business here.

This place has decent prices on tires and basic work like an alignment and they usually do a good job on the alignments. The auto repair portion of their business charge way too much on labor and parts. I'm familiar with pricing on parts and know people in the industry so I'm not oblivious to what certain repairs and parts should cost. I went here to get my DEF pump replaced and they were going to charge me 4 hours of labor and over $2200 on the part. I know for sure the part is about $1650 and the labor should only be about 2 hours. My warranty should cover most of the cost, but I know the warranty will only cover up to certain amounts. I understand they are a business and need to make a profit, and was willing to pay $300-$500 on my end, but they were going to make me pay over $1800 and my warranty was going to cover over $2200. That was just ridiculous to me. After this, I took my business somewhere else and their price was exactly where I was expecting to pay. I paid only $350 at another place and they replaced my ball joints as well. So this location lost a huge amount of revenue because it was being too greedy with the their pricing. The next place I went to was very honest w
